2015- <br />Zane <br />Complainant reporteda customernot returning a trailer of his after a rental agreement. <br />ER <br />15007319 <br />Civil Complaint <br />OS -13 <br />17354 <br />St <br />However upon officer arrival thecustomer paid the complainant the money he owed <br />NW <br />for the trailer. <br />While on patrol I observed headlights in the listed lot. The three listed vehicles were <br />2015- <br />Zane <br />leaving the lot when I was approaching. The vehicles were stopped and the occupants <br />ER <br />15007505 <br />Suspicious Vehicle <br />05-17 <br />17354 <br />St <br />all said that they were dropping off a trailer that they rented for American Wrestling <br />NW <br />Association and that they were just getting back from a match in Fargo. The lot was <br />checked andnothing appeared to be damaged. <br />2015- <br />Zane <br />City of Elk River requested paper service to the mentioned parry at the listed location. <br />ER <br />15007580 <br />All Other <br />05-19 <br />17354 <br />St <br />Checked DVS photo of mentioned party prior to making contact. Paper service <br />NW <br />completed. <br />Owner reported that someone broke the passenger side window on one of their <br />transport vehicle which was parked on the South end of the lot and took a DVD <br />Theft from Motor <br />2015- <br />Zane <br />player. Owner did not know a time frame on when the damage occurred and said that <br />ER <br />15007633 <br />Vehicle <br />05-20 <br />17354 <br />SL <br />he will review surveillancevideo. Photos were taken of the damage and the serial <br />number for the DVD player was added. <br />See report digital dictation. <br />Officers observed activity at the listed and previous unoccupied building. I located and <br />Zane <br />spoke with the listed key holder and business holder at this location. He advised that <br />ER <br />15010953 <br />Info <br />2015- <br />17354 <br />St <br />he and several members of his business had rented the garage area to complete hail <br />07-13 <br />NW <br />damage for Cornerstone Ford. He stated that they would appreciate any extra patrol <br />after hours and at night. He advised all their tools would be locked in the garage and <br />there my be several cars from Cornerstone in the lot to be repaired. End. <br />ER <br />15012011 <br />Onsecure <br />2015- <br />17354 <br />Zane <br />I located three open overhead garage doors at the listed vacant business. Interior of <br />Building/Home <br />07-28 <br />NW <br />immediate area was searched and nothing located. Doors were closed prior to leaving, <br />R.N. Called at approximately 1635 hours on Monday, September 14 and left a <br />Zane <br />voicemail stating his 1986 red Ford F150 with a snow plow had overheated when he <br />ER <br />15015269 <br />Info <br />2015- <br />17354 <br />5[ <br />was driving through Elk River over the weekend so he left it at the mentioned <br />09-14 <br />NW <br />business. He stated he is making arrangements to get it towed to Hugo and left a <br />note in the window with his name and cell number. #668 checked the listed business <br />and the vehicle was stili there at 1734 hours. <br />Zane <br />Phone call report of theft. Building owner advised old Saxon property had realtor lock <br />ER <br />15015302 <br />Theft <br />2015- <br />17354 <br />St <br />box removed and key taken. Requesting extra patrol in area until locks are changed. <br />09-15 <br />NW <br />Comp advised that signs of entry, refuse, beer cans, etc. have been located inside. <br />Typed supplemental report. <br />Abandoned <br />2015- <br />Zane <br />Listed vehicle had been parked unoccupied in lot for seven] days. Later received <br />ER <br />15015753 <br />17354 <br />St <br />information that Collin Bros Towing was scheduled to pick up the vehicle later today. <br />NW <br />Zane <br />While on patrol, observed two open garage doors on the south side of building at <br />ER <br />15017987 <br />17354 <br />St <br />listed location. Checked inside, nothing was found. Doors were shut and secured. <br />4hicle09-222 <br />NWThere <br />are several exterior doors to the building that have been forced open over time <br />and not all of them can be secured. They can be shut, but will not lock. <br />Received radio call for burglary at listed vacant building. Officers responded and met <br />with owner of property management company. Complainant reported two windows, <br />Zane <br />(2nd level southwest office and west overhead garage door) were broken sometime in <br />ER <br />15018201 <br />Property <br />10-30 <br />17354 <br />St <br />the past two weeks. Also damaged was a Masterlock band key box that contained a <br />NW <br />key for the building. Key box was recovered on the roof but was damaged. <br />See report. <br />2015- <br />Zane <br />Extra patrol requested at the list address. The building is still vacant and there is <br />ER <br />15018607 <br />Security Check <br />11-06 <br />17354 <br />St <br />still <br />an ongoing issue with vandalism. Briggs Properties is in the process of trying to sell <br />NW <br />the property and nobody has permission to be an the property. <br />While on patrol, observed listed vehicle pull into a closed/abandoned business. Driver <br />2015- <br />Zane <br />got out with a flashlight and started walking down towards the river. Made contact <br />ER <br />15019630 <br />Suspicious Vehicle <br />11-23 <br />17354 <br />St <br />with mentioned male, who said he was going to set up some raccoon traps down by <br />NW <br />the river. Advised him he needed permission from the property owner. He left without <br />incident. <br />2015- <br />one <br />Officer located the listed vehicle occupied and parked in the c]osedbusiness parking <br />ER.„ <br />15020232 <br />Suspicious Vehicle. <br />12-04..17354- <br />St - - <br />lot. The owner/mentioned male was inside taking a nap prior to a meeting down the <br />NW <br />street. No problems observed. <br />ER <br />15020595 <br />Security Check <br />2015- <br />17354 <br />Zane <br />I conducted a security check at the listed vacant commercial property in marked <br />12-10 <br />St <br />squad 623. The building appeared to be secure. End of report. <br />
