None observed. <br /> <br /> <br />Combination of Deficiencies <br /> <br />1. Essential Utilities and Facilities <br />a. Restrooms are not code compliant. <br />b. There is no code required accessible route between all levels. <br />c. There is no code required drinking fountain. <br /> <br />2. Light and Ventilation <br />a. The HVAC system does not comply with mechanical/building code. <br />b. Fluorescent lighting levels are not consistent. <br /> <br />3. Fire Protection/Adequate Egress <br />a. Carpeting is torn creating an impediment for emergency egress which is contrary to code. <br />b. There is no code required building sprinkler system. <br />c. Glass doors do not have code required 10-inck kick plates. <br />d. The emergency notification system does not comply with code. <br />e. Electrical panels do not have code required clearance directly in front of them. <br />f. There is no code required fireproofing. <br /> <br /> <br />
