Install code required fire proofing material. <br /> <br /> <br />Overview of Deficiencies <br />This building was originally a bank and now has three tenants, a pizzeria, a bakery and apartments. The <br />exterior brick on the building is stained. On the northeast corner there are some significant structural issues, <br />allowing for water intrusion. The building does not have an accessible route between floors. The basement <br />level bakery is not accessible per code. The building does not comply with current life safety codes. The <br />restrooms are not fully accessible to be code compliant.
