There is severe cracking of the stucco on the north side of the building, allowing for water intrusion, <br />contrary to code. <br />2. It appears that the stucco on the north side is a separating where it interfaces with the brick on the <br />east side of the building. This is allowing for water intrusion, which is contrary to code. <br /> <br /> <br />Combination of Deficiencies <br /> <br />1. Essential Utilities and Facilities <br />a. Restroom is not fully accessible as required by code. <br />b. There is not an accessible route to all levels of the building as required by code. <br />c. Door hardware is not code compliant. <br /> <br />2. Light and Ventilation <br />a. Electrical wiring does not comply with code. <br />b.
