Stucco on the west side of the building shows major cracking and separation from the main <br />structure, allowing for water intrusion, contrary to code. There is a rain leader that is discharging <br />roof water between the structure and the stucco. <br />2. Bricks on southeast corner parapet are loose and are a safety hazard. <br /> <br /> <br />Combination of Deficiencies <br /> <br />1. Essential Utilities and Facilities <br />a. There is no code compliant restroom in the building. <br />b. Thresholds are not code compliant. <br />c. Door hardware is not code compliant. <br /> <br />2. Light and Ventilation <br />a. HVAC system does not comply with code. <br />b. The main electrical panel is not properly secured per code. <br />c. Electrical wiring is not code compliant. <br />d. Lighting is not code compliant. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
