Code required 10-inch kick plates should be installed on glass door. <br />b. The door hardware on the walk-in cooler is not code compliant. <br />c. The door hardware on the walk-in freezer is not code compliant. <br />d. Access to basement is not code compliant. <br />e. Basement stairway is not code compliant. <br />f. Floor to ceiling height in basement does not comply with code. <br />g. There are no code required smoke detectors present. <br />h. Emergency lighting is not code compliant. <br />i. There is no code required emergency notification system. <br />j. There is no code required building sprinkler system. <br /> <br />4. Layout and Condition of Interior Partitions/Materials <br />a. Roofing material has failed allowing for water intrusion, contrary to code. <br /> <br /> <br />Description of Code Deficiencies <br /> <br />1. Stucco should be repaired to prevent water intrusion per code. <br />2. A code compliant restroom should be installed. <br />3. Thresholds should be modified to comply with code. <br />4. Code compliant door hardware should be installed. <br />5. HVAC system is not code compliant. <br />6. Main electrical panel should be locked per code. <br />7. Electrical wiring should be upgraded to comply with code. <br />8. Lighting should be upgraded to comply with code. <br />9. Code required 10-inch kick plates should be installed on the glass door. <br />10. Walk-in cooler door hardware should be replaced to comply with code. <br />11. Walk-in freezer door hardware should be replaced to comply with code. <br />12. A code compliant route of access to the basement should be created. <br />13. The basement stairway should be modified to comply with code. <br />14. Basement floor to ceiling height should be made code compliant. <br />15.
