Code compliant emergency lighting should be installed. <br />11. Code required emergency notification system should be installed. <br />12. Code required building sprinkler system should be installed. <br />13. Code required fire resistant building material should be installed. <br />14. Glass doors should have code compliant 10-inch kick plates installed. <br /> <br /> <br />Overview of Deficiencies <br /> <br />This building houses three different businesses with one of them operating out of a non-code compliant <br />space for emergency egress. None of the three entrances comply with code for accessibility. The building <br />does not comply with life safety codes. Interior spaces should be repainted and have carpeting replaced. The <br />HVAC system does not comply with code.
