4 <br /> <br />2018 Pavement Rehabilitation, City of Big Lake, <br />Proposed Project Team and <br />MN <br />Experience <br />The City of Big Lake is completing pavement <br />Kevin Kielb, P.E., is the proposed principal-in-charge and <br />rehabilitation on multiple roadways throughout the city. <br />Jason Cook, P.E., is proposed as the lead project manager, <br />Rehabilitation work includes full-depth reclamation <br />performing a portion of the feasibility and design work <br />and mill & overlay work. Jason is the assistant project <br />tasks for the project. Eathan Doyle, EIT, is proposed as <br />manager for this rehabilitation work, with Karl drafting <br />the designer and resident project representative (RPR). <br />plans and Eathan the lead designer and lead RPR. <br />He has performed construction observation and <br />documentation on multiple complex state and federal <br />Project Reference <br />aid projects over the past four years, including the 2015 <br />Layne Otteson, City Engineer, 612-867-3179 <br />Street Improvements Project in Elk River. Eathan is <br />scheduled to take the Professional Engineer exam prior to <br />2017 Palomino Road Improvements, City of <br />the beginning of this construction project.
