4 <br /> <br />2018 Pavement Rehabilitation, City of Big Lake, <br />Proposed Project Team and <br />MN <br />Experience <br />The City of Big Lake is completing pavement <br />Kevin Kielb, P.E., is the proposed principal-in-charge and <br />rehabilitation on multiple roadways throughout the city. <br />Jason Cook, P.E., is proposed as the lead project manager, <br />Rehabilitation work includes full-depth reclamation <br />performing a portion of the feasibility and design work <br />and mill & overlay work. Jason is the assistant project <br />tasks for the project.
