The location of the lift station to be <br /> upgraded, and the proposed location of the sanitary sewer <br /> interceptor, are shown or. Exhibit B to this Development <br /> Program. <br /> • Construction of the proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvements <br /> will require the acquisition of some easements for the <br /> interceptor . It is not anticipated that there will be any <br /> displacement of or relocation required by any persons or <br /> businesses as a result of the construction of the Sanitary <br /> Sewer Improvements . • <br /> 4 . Additional Public Improvement Projects <br /> Additional Public Improvement Projects scheduled in the • <br /> Development District are identified in the City' s Capital <br /> Improvements Plan Schedule, as amended from time to time . It <br /> is not anticipated that any of the currently planned Public <br /> Improvement Projects will require the acquisition of any <br /> property or the displacement or relocation of any persons or <br /> businesses . <br /> 5 . Unscheduled Public Improvements <br /> Upon a demonstration of need and public financial <br /> feasibility, the City will extend streets and utilities and <br /> construct or install such other public facilities and <br /> improvements within the Development District as the City <br /> Council deems necessary or appropriate to meet the purposes of • <br /> this Development Program. <br /> 6 . <br />
