Evans Park PublicImprovements <br /> • The installation of utilities , the construction of parking <br /> facilities , landscaping, curb and gutter, sidewalks , and the <br /> payment of sewer and . water availability charges for the Evans <br /> Park Project . <br /> G. OPEN SPACE CREATED <br /> The Development Program for the Development District does <br /> not presently propose the creation of additional public open <br /> space . However , existing public open space in Lions Park is <br /> being developed for public recreational uses . It is also <br /> possible that the Development Program will be amended in the <br /> future to provide for the creation and/or development of <br /> additional public open space . <br /> In addition, the City intends in carrying out the <br /> • <br /> objectives of this development program to encourage the <br /> preservation and beautification of open spaces on private <br /> property developed within the Development District . <br /> H.
