That no nonresident employees would work in the business. <br />3. That the hours of operation be from 8:00 a.m. un t il 9:00 p.m. <br />4. That the permit be reviewed in two years. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle indicated that Ms. Leske has requested that the City Council consider <br />approval of a two foot by four foot sign rather than the two by two foot sign <br />as specified in the City Code. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. No one appeared for or in opposition <br />of the conditional use permit request. <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Breezee, Building and Zoning Administrator indicated that the City's <br />Zoning Ordinance requires that all homes have at least one covered garage stall, <br />and therefore, it was his recommendation that the City Council require at least <br />one garage space be reserved for vehicles, and not. used for the refinishing and <br />display of antiques. <br /> <br />Discussion was also carried on reagrding the size of a sign. Councilmember Schuldt <br />indicated that he felt the size of the sign should remain within the City's Zoning <br />regulations. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM MOVED TO APPROVE A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A HOME <br />OCCUPATION FOR MS. CAROL LESKE AT 13651 HIGHWAY #10 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. THAT NO ITEMS BE DISPLAYED OUTSIDE THE HOME. <br /> <br />2. THAT THE HOURS OF OPERATION BE FROM 8:00 A.M. TO 9:00 P.M. <br /> <br />3. THAT NO NONRESIDENT EMPLOYEES BE ALLOWED TO WORK IN THE BUSINESS. <br /> <br />4. THAT THE SIGN BE LIMITED TO TWO SQUARE FEET IN AREA. <br /> <br />5. THAT THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE GARAGE STALL RETAINED FOR USE NON-ASSOCIATED <br />WITH THE HOME OCCUPATION. <br /> <br />6. THAT THE PERMIT BE SUBJECT TO A TWO YEAR REVIEW. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />11. Frank Administrative Subdivision Request -Public Hearing <br /> <br />Councilmember Engstrom indicated that Mr. Frank of 14527 County Road #79 has <br />requested an administrative subdivision to permit his property of approximately <br />135 acres in size to be subdivided into four parcels of property approximately 10 <br />acres, 27 acres, 43 acres and 54 acres in size. Discussion was carried on regarding <br />the size of the parcels and access to public roads. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERSCHULDT MOVED TO GRANT THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION REQUEST BY <br />MR. FRANK OF 14527 COUNTY ROAD 1179. COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br />
