Dino's Liquor License Revocation ~ Public Hearing

The City Administrator indicated that a public hearing has been scheduled to
consider the revocation of the on-sale beer license for Dino's Pizza. The
City Administrator further indicated that at the time of notification to Ms.
Caryn Lundquist of the public hearing, Ms. Lundquist indicated that she was
not interested in selling beer, and therefore, did not care if the license was
revoked. The City Administrator indicated that that previous information has
currently changed, as Ms. Lundquist sent a check to the City to cover the license
fees of the mechanical amusement devices.

Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. No one appeared for or in opposition
of the revocation of the on-sale beer license.

The City Administrator indicated that the City Council was considering the
revocation of the beer license because, after numerous attempts to have Ms.
Lundquist license the mechanical amusement devices located at her place of
establishment with no response, the City's Ordinance, 800.22 allows for the
consideration of revocation of the on-sale beer license.

Councilmember Gunkel indicated that Dino's Pizza has a history of difficulty
in getting various licenses and questioned whether the City should issue a
license because of what appears, their lack of responsibility.

Councilmember Schuldt indica.ted that he was well aware of the undue delays that
Ms. Lundquist has made in licensing her mechanical amusement devices and further
indicated that the City's Police Department has not received any complaints
regarding conduct or any other difficulties at the Dino's Pizza establishment.
Councilmember Schuldt, further indicated that he did not feel the City had
sufficient grounds for revocation of the on-sale beer license.

General discussion was carried on regarding the difficulty the City has had
in licensing the mechanical amusement devices and obtaining the fees for the
on-sale beer license.

COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED TO REVOKE THE ON-SALE BEER LICENSE FOR DINO'S PIZZA
BASED ON THE HISTORY OF THE LICENSING DIFFICULTIES AT DINO'SPIZZA.
