The City Engineer <br />stated that the biggest savings would be in street <br />restorations. <br /> <br />Another vote was taken at this time. 13 people voted to <br />have sewer put in, 8 people voted for sewer and water and 5 <br />people voted to drop the project. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle closed the pOblic hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCI~MEMBER WILLIAMS MOVED TO APPROVE RESOLUTION 85-60, A <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN <br />IMPROVEMENTS ON SIMONET DRIVE, 6TH STREET AND XENIA AVENUE <br />WITH THE STIPULATION THAT THE WATER PORTION CAN BE DELETED <br />FROM THE PROJECT. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> <br />Councilmember Gunkel noted that a majority of the people <br />were in favor of the sewer. She stated that she would like <br />to see water gO in at the same time. <br /> <br />Councilmembers Engstrom and Schuldt both noted that they <br />would approve the sewer only because there was not enough <br />interest in the water. <br /> <br />THE MOTION PASSED 5-0. <br /> <br />11. CQnside~aLiQn_Qf_SiLe_elan_EQ~_Bll~ge~_King <br /> <br />Rick Breezee, the Building and Zoning Administrator, stated <br />that Barthel Realtv had a request from Dolphin Temporary Job <br />Services to construct a Burger King Restaurant which would <br />be located on the corner of School Street and 169 in the Elk <br />River Barthel PUD. The Building and Zoning Administrator <br />stated that representatives from Barthel and representatives <br />from Burger King Restaurant were present to present a site <br />plan for the proposed Burger King Restaurant. <br /> <br />
