He <br />further stated that what they are proposing is sanitary <br />sewer and water main extension to serve the homes along <br />Simonet Drive~ 6th Street and Xenia Avenue. He further <br />stated that the total estimated cost of the project is <br />5249,400. The City Engineer noted that the assessments <br />would be added to the 1987 Real Estate taxes. Mr. Maurer <br />noted that the assessment per unit would be 58,600. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Jerry McChesney questioned whether Westwood would hook UP to <br />the interceptor. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on regarding the question of cost if the <br />residents waited until the interceptor went through and then <br />hooked UP to the interceptor. The residents were <br />questioning whether the cost would be less. The City <br />Engineer stated that the cost probably would be higher <br />mainly because of the fact of not knowing when the <br />interceptor would 90 through. <br /> <br />Barb Kreuser questioned <br />involved.
