COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />7. Canside~atian__af__aeguest__fae__Canditianal__Use_Ee~mit_fae <br />Jahn_Satteesteam_aad_Lauea_~aa_EeeL_eublic_~ea~iag <br /> <br />Torn Warner, representative of the Planning Commission, <br />stated that John Satterstrom and Laura Van Erp had reques~ed <br />a conditonal use permit to conduct a home occupation from <br />property located at 14061 Hishway 10. Commissioner Warner <br />further stated that the home occupation would consist of <br />selling antiques from the barn that is located on the <br />existins property. Commissioer Warner further stated that <br />the Planning Commission denied the request for conditional <br />use permit with a 5 to 1 vote. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearins. Mayor Hinkle noted <br />that the application was withdrawn at the applicant's <br />request. <br /> <br />There was no one for or in opposition of the conditional use <br />request. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />8. ~a~iaace_aeguest_b~_Me__James_alb~ecbtLeublic_~ea~iag <br /> <br />Steve Merrick, Planning Commission member stated that the <br />Plannins Commission heard Mr. Albrecht's request for <br />variance at their September Planning Commission Meetins. <br />Commissioner Merrick stated that Mr. Albrecht who owns a <br />business of remanufacturins of break pads and break products <br />at the location of 10918 173rd Avenue NW, was requesting a <br />variance to the required 25 foot side yard setback in order <br />to construct an addition onto the rear of his exis~in9 <br />structure. <br /> <br />Commissioner Merrick further stated that the Planning <br />Commission had recommended that the City Council accept the <br />variance request of Mr. James Albrecht. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearins. <br /> <br />Mr. James Albrecht was present and stated to the Council he <br />would like to see the Council approve his request. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle closed the public hearins. <br /> <br />
