COMMISSIONER WARNER SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 7-0. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM MOVED TO <br />COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION OF <br />REVIEW OF THE PAMIDA STORE <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE <br />4-0. <br /> <br />ACCEPT THE PLANNING <br />APPROVAL FOR THE SITE PLAN <br />FOR THE BARTHEL PUD. <br />MOTION. He fu~the~ stated that the ~esolution title <br />indicates that it is 9~antin9 p~elimina~y app~ovalto a <br />p~oposed and iridust~ial development p~oJect. but the <br />~esolution does not commit the City to issuin9 the bond. He <br />stated that the ~esolution autho~izes the city to submit an <br />application to the State's Disc~etiona~y Fund fo~ Indust~ial <br />Development Revenue Bonds. <br /> <br />The City's Atto~neY. Dave Selle~9ren. noted that this needs <br />to be p~ocessed bY the 28th of Octobe~ if the~e is any <br />chance in ~eceivin9 an allocation. <br /> <br />It was also noted that the ~esolution stated that the <br />company shall pay any and all costs incu~red by the City in <br />connection with the p~oJect. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 85-61. A <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO A PROPOSED <br />INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT BY SCHERER LIMITED <br />PARTNERSHIP UNDER THE MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT <br />AND AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR BOND ISSUANCE AUTHORITY <br />THEREFOR. COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />14.
