St eet iahti g Strcct lighting of a type approved by <br /> the City may be rcquircd at all intersections and other <br /> locations within the subdivision. <br /> G.W- Sewage Disposal - <br /> i. Subdivisions within the urban service area shall <br /> be connected to the public sewage system and services <br /> must be provided to all lots. Sanitary sewer mains and <br /> service connections shall be installed to serve all <br /> the lots in the subdivision and shall be connected to <br /> the public sewage system, if available. <br /> ii . In areas being developed without connection to <br /> to extend public sewer to the are within five (5) <br /> years, individual sewage trcatmcnt systems, consistent <br /> • with the provisions of Minnesota Pollution Control <br /> Agency Individual Sewage Treatment Standards, Chapter <br /> 7080, except as otherwise herein provided, shall be <br /> be lo ated so as to permit the lest costly connection <br /> to the public sewer when it becomes available and <br /> usable. Whcrc such individual systems arc installed, <br /> the subdivider shall provide underground plumbing to <br /> extend three (3) feet beyond the footing, which <br /> plumbing shall be plugged.
