years, individual sewage treatment systems, consistent <br /> 111 with the provisions of Minnesota Pollution Control <br /> Agency Individual Sewage Treatment Standards, Chapter <br /> 7080, except as otherwise herein provided, shall be <br /> provided for each lot. <br /> H.-1— Drainage - A system that will adequately accommodate <br /> the surface water runoff within the subdivision, as required <br /> by this Ordinance, and comply with the City' s comprehensive <br /> drainage plan. shall bc provided. <br /> I Signage Street Signs - Street signs of standard design <br /> approved by the City Administrator shall be installed at <br /> each street intersection. All other necessary signage as <br /> required by the City and made part of improvement plans <br /> shall be provided. <br /> J. Street Lighting - Street lighting of a type approved by <br /> the City may be required at all intersections and other <br /> locations within the subdivision. <br /> K. Protection of Natural Water Bodice Whcrc any plat, <br /> replat or subdivision of land adjoins a natural lake, pond <br /> or stream, including streams which flow only intermittently, <br /> 111 the City, in its discretion, may require that a strip of <br /> land running along all sides thereof which arc contiguous to <br /> such lake, pond or stream, shall bc cithcr (i) dedicated to <br /> the City for public usc, or (ii) subject to a perpetual <br /> casement in favor of the City over and in said land and the <br /> bed and water body of such lake, pond, or stream for the <br /> purpose of protecting the hydraulic efficiency and the <br /> Council one of said options.
