The majority of these comments <br /> will apply to the conditional use permit for the Planned Unit <br /> Development as it is brought forth before the Planning <br /> Commission and City Council next week. Some of these comments <br /> will apply at the time of specific site plan review. Your <br /> • cooperation in making the appropriate revisions to these plans <br /> prior to the Planning Commission and City Council meetings, <br /> will demonstrate your initiative to address all the issues . <br /> A. General Information <br /> 1 . Provide information verifying easements have been <br /> obtained from the School District for Freeport <br /> extension, drainage and landscaped areas . <br /> 2 . If the four single family homes along Jackson Avenue <br /> are not being purchased by the developer, information <br /> must be provided indicating the property owners <br /> cooperation for establishing a landscape and drainage <br /> easement. <br /> 3 . A petition/application signed by all property owners <br /> directly involved with the project must be provided. <br /> 4 . A letter from United Power Association needs to be <br /> provided authorizing use of their easement for <br /> parking and ponding purposes . <br /> B. Preliminary Plat <br /> 1 .
