AK
mc,(
( /
City of _6 TO: PLANNING COMMISSION
i
ClkRiver FROM: STEVEN B. ACH, CITY PLANNE _.
DATE : OCTOBER 19, 1993
SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST FOR
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, ELK PARK
CENTER/PUBLIC HEARING, CASE NO. CU
93-15
This memorandum is to be made part of the previous report
distributed on Friday, October 15, 1993 . This issue came up
late in the day Friday preventing the inclusion with the
original report.
PARKING/BUILDING SETBACKS
Based on the preliminary building/parking setback plan (C6)
submitted by John Oliver & Associates, some additional comments
need to be brought to the Planning Commission' s attention.
This drawing represents the minimum building and parking
setbacks that will be applied throughout the entire PUD.
Although the building and parking layouts shown on the outlots
are conceptual, I think it is important to point out that the
Sparking setback is not met on Lot 1, Block 3, and Lots 1, 2,
and 3, Block 1 .
Again, these site plans are subject to modification based on
the prospective user of those individual lots . Nevertheless,
all setback requirements will be reviewed by the Planning
Commission and City Council as part of the specific site plan
package presented to develop each individual parcel .
410
P.O.
