HAROLD GRAMSTAD WITH THE <br />FOLLOWING STIUPLATIONS: <br /> <br />1. THAT ALL PARKING AND DRIVE AREAS BE HARD SURFACED . <br />2. ALL OTHER AREAS BE LANDSCAPED WITH AT LEAST GRASS. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />17. Conditional Use Permit Request by Ralph & Rose Allison/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Planning Commission representative Mary Temple stated that the Allison's <br />of 21380 Vernon Street were requesting an agricultural building to be <br />built in a platted area. She stated the building would be 190 feet from <br />one neighbor and 230 feet from another neighbor. The siding of the <br />proposed building will match the siding of the Al1isons house. She <br />indicated the building would be used two horses which they currently own <br />and two more horses which they intend to acquire in the future. <br />Commissioner Temple stated that the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of this request. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle <br />the matter. <br /> <br />opened the public hearing. No one appeared for or against <br />Mayor Hinkle closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />REQUESTED BY RALPH AND ROSE ALLISON AND THAT NO OTHER LIVESTOCK OR <br />POULTRY BE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />18. Consider Conditional User Permit by Ronald Wright/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Commissioner Temple stated that Mr. Wright is requesting a conditional <br />use permit to allow enclosed storage in a C-3B zoned district. She <br />indicated Mr. Wright would be storing press equipment and other equpment <br />for sale to machine shops. She noted that access would be off of Edison <br />Street. <br />
