AND THAT SIGNAGE LETl'ERING BE CONSISTENT WITHIN THE <br />ENTIRE AREA. COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />15. Second Tenant in Coast to Coast Building <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilson indicated that Coast to Coast Store is requesting to <br />permission to allow a temporary second occupant in their building and an <br />additional sign to advertise this use. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilson stated that the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the request for a second occupant and of a 22 x 26 foot sign <br />for the additional occupant. <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator noted that according to the site <br />plan for the Coast to Coast Building. some green space was removed and <br />concrete added in its place. He indicated the site plan was not <br />followed. Discussion was held regarding the possibilities to correct <br />this situation. It was noted that possibly trees could be added by <br />chopping a hole in the cement or possibly large planters with plants <br />placed on the cement. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO TABLE THE REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL <br />OCCUPANT IN THE COAST TO COAST BUILD ING UNTIL MR. PLAI STAD COULD COME <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL WITH A SOLUTION TO THE SITE PLAN NOT BEING FOLLOWED. <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />Counci1member Tra11e questioned what "temporary" would be regarding the <br />second occupant. Mr. Barthel stated he felt it would be approximately <br />three years or until Coast to Coast is ready to expand. <br /> <br />THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />16. Multiple Principal Buildings per Lot - Harold Gramstad/Pub1ic Hearing <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilson indicated that Mr. Gramstad was requesting to <br />construct two or three mini storage buildings on Lot 5, Block 1 in <br />McChesney Industrial Park. Mr. Wilson also stated that because his <br />buildings will be over 5.000 square feet in size there are certain State <br />
