Page 10 City Council Minutes October 6, 1986 e 19. Mike Bixby House/Greenhead Acres Councilmember Tralle indicated tha Mr. Bixby has been given a 60 day extension to finish the siding, install windows and doors and to core fill the blocks on his house. Councilmember Tralle stated that Mr. Bixby has until December 1 to finish the above stated items or he will be taken to court. The Building and permit for Mr. completed. Zoning Administrator indicated he felt the building Bixby should be extended if the outside of the house is COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE ABOVE MENTIONED PLAN FOR MR. MIKE BIXBY. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. Councilmember Gunkel indicated she felt final grading should be added to the list of items to be accomplished. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKLE MOVED TO AMEND THE MOTION TO ADD FINAL GRADING TO BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 1, 1987. COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM SECONDED THE MOTION. THE AMENDMENT PASSED 4-0. THE MOTION AS AMENDED PASSED 4-0. ~ 20. Resolution appointing Election Judges COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE RESOULTION 86-76 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE CITY GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 4, 1986. COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. 21. Consideration of Gambling License for Land of Lakes Choir Boys The City Council took no action regarding the gambling license to allow a raffle. 22A. Pamida Parking Lot The Building and Zoning Administrator noted that the ground was too saturated to finish the tarring of the Pamida parking lot. He indicated the remainder of the parking lot will be finished and striped by the grand opening scheduled for October 16, 1986. 22C. Road Maintenance Seminar COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED TO GRANT APPROVAL FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT CREW TO ATTEND A WINTER ROAD MAINTENANCE SEMINAR. COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. e
