THAT THERE BE A TWO YEAR REVIEW ON THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT VOTED AGAINST THE MOTION. <br /> <br />THE MOTION PASSED 3-1. <br /> <br />10.6.Consider Variance for Art Raudio/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf. Building and Zoning Administrator noted that Mr. Raudio was <br />requesting a variance to the City's sign ordinance for signage at the <br />Campground. He further indicated that the Planning Commission tabled the <br />item until Mr. Raudio had further information regarding the signage <br />request. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. No one appeared for or against <br />the motion. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED TO TABLE THE VARIANCE REQUEST BY ART MUOIO. <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />10.7.Consideration of Ordinance Amendment to Section 900.18/Public Hearing <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator noted that Councilmember Gunkel has <br />proposed to amend the ordinance relating to the required 600 foot setback <br />to a neighboring residence in an R-1a. R-1b and Agricultural zone for <br />agricultural buildings. <br /> <br />Councilmember Gunkel noted she was requesting to amend the ordinance to <br />be 300 feet to a neighboring residence. She stated she felt this would <br />reduce the work load in the City Office and felt it would not adversly <br />affect the intent of the ordinance. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Miller indicated he was in favor of the ordinance amendment. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle closed the public hearing. <br />
