COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS SECONDED THE MOTION. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT VOTED AGAINST THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-1. 10.6.Consider Variance for Art Raudio/Public Hearing Steve Rohlf. Building and Zoning Administrator noted that Mr. Raudio was requesting a variance to the City's sign ordinance for signage at the Campground. He further indicated that the Planning Commission tabled the item until Mr. Raudio had further information regarding the signage request. Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. No one appeared for or against the motion. Mayor Hinkle closed the public hearing. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED TO TABLE THE VARIANCE REQUEST BY ART MUOIO. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. 10.7.Consideration of Ordinance Amendment to Section 900.18/Public Hearing The Building and Zoning Administrator noted that Councilmember Gunkel has proposed to amend the ordinance relating to the required 600 foot setback to a neighboring residence in an R-1a. R-1b and Agricultural zone for agricultural buildings. Councilmember Gunkel noted she was requesting to amend the ordinance to be 300 feet to a neighboring residence. She stated she felt this would reduce the work load in the City Office and felt it would not adversly affect the intent of the ordinance. Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. Mr. Steve Miller indicated he was in favor of the ordinance amendment. Mayor Hinkle closed the public hearing.
