ACCESSORY USE SETBACK. <br />MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 86-9. AN ORDINANCE <br />SCHEDULE OF DIMENSIONAL REGULATIONS. SUBSECTION <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator <br />complaints regarding the metal roof <br />buildings located on 340 3rd Street <br />direction from the Council in preventing <br /> <br />noted that he has received <br />which was put on the apartment <br />and indicated he was looking for <br />this from reoccurring. <br /> <br />Discussion was held regarding this matter. No one appeared for or against <br />the matter. <br /> <br />mayor Hinkle closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL MOVED TO TABLE THE REQUEST FOR ORDINANCE AMENDMENT. <br />COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />10.9. Consider Conditional Use Permit for Burlington Northern Railroad <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator noted that this item was tabled by <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. No one, appeared for or against <br />the matter. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS MOVED TO TABLE THE REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL U~I <br />PERMIT BY BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD. COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br />
