Survey <br /> <br />The City Administrator noted that Quad County Printing contacted him and <br />questioned whether the City was interested in having a couple of free <br />survey questions included in a flyer they will be sending out to <br />residents in the City. The City Administrator questioned the Council <br />whether they would be interested in having a couple of survey questions <br />relating to the City Hall issue. It was the consensus of the City <br />Council not to send out survey questions relating to City Hall. <br /> <br />8B. Marv Daw.on <br /> <br />Councilmember Gunkel noted that she had received a phone call from Marv <br />Dawson who lives south of main street. She noted his property was <br />disturbed when the sewer line went in. She indicated his complaint was <br />that his driveway was never sealed after the repair work was done. The <br />Council directed the City Administrator to resolve the matter. <br /> <br />Councilmember Gunkel indicated that she had thought about the zone change <br />on Main Street which was denied last week. She indicated she felt the <br />matter was a land use matter and stated that by maybe changing the zoning <br />ordinance to create a buffer zone the matter could possibly be resolved. <br /> <br />( <br />
