COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-1. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT <br />OPPOSED. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle indicated he felt there was a difference in.the Main Street <br />issue as opposed to the PUD's because the property on Main Street is <br />already occupied by single family and the PUD's were bare land. <br /> <br />Councilmember Engstrom noted he felt the difference with the Main Street <br />situation is that there were no residents complaining about the request <br />to change the zoning. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schuldt indicated he was opposed to the motion because he <br />felt this would never have come up had the Main Street issue not been <br />presented to the City Council. <br /> <br />9. Check Register <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER WILLIAMS MOVED TO APPROVE THE CHECK REGISTER. <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br />
