We had no environmental comments on the proposed project. <br /> However, we do have some questions regarding the frontage road signal system which <br /> may be required for the project. <br /> The service road shown as Freeport could have a negative impact on Minnesota Trunk <br /> Highway 169 if a signal is placed at its intersection with School Street. This could present <br /> a potential safety hazard. We urge the city or the developer, or both, to contact our <br /> Brainerd Office to fully discuss these issues.
