He indicated this process was much more expensive <br />and further stated he felt the dioxins produced would be higher <br />produced by RDF. <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel noted that as MPCA arrives at new findings. they will impose <br />greater restrictions. <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel noted that the Council must deal with the proposal before <br />them. Mr. Briggs stated that without addressing alternatives on such a <br />major subject the Council is neglecting the issue. He stated he felt the <br />Council has not taken the responsibility to consider the lives within the <br />City. <br /> <br />Jeanne Eggert questioned how <br />accurate. Mr. Klovning stated <br />party. Councilmember Schuldt <br />knowledge. <br /> <br />the City could be sure the testings are <br />that all testing would be done by a third <br />stated that all tests would be public <br /> <br />Counsel Beck stated that the ash will be stored at the UPA facility. He <br />further stated that the MPCA permit requires that an Ash Management Plan <br />be submitted to them prior to approval by MPCA and further that this must <br />be done prior to plant operation. <br />
