That permits are obtained from Sherburne County Engineering <br />Department for the driveways to access County Road 33. Further, <br />that Parcel B gain the necessary approval from the Sherburne <br />County Engineering Department to cross the County ditch located on <br />this parcel. The County Engineering Department, at the time of <br />building permi t issuance, would dictate the number of culverts <br />needed for this driveway, their location and size. Whoever <br />applies for a building permit on Parcel B would be responsible for <br />the expense of the culverts. <br /> <br />5. Dwellings on these parcels are required to be a minimum of 1 foot <br />above the high water table indicated by mottled soil. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.2 <br /> <br />Administrative Subdivision Reauest/Morrison/P.H. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Zoning Assistant, Janelle Szklarski, indicated that Jerome and Linda <br />Morrison have made a request for an administrative subdivision to <br />divide a 38 acre parcel into 3 parcels of land consisting of a 10 acre <br />parcel, a 15 acre parcel and a 13 acre parcel. Ms. Szklarski indicated <br />that their request meets requirements for access, lot size and width, <br />buildability and drainage. <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle opened the public hearing. There being no one for or <br />against the matter, Mayor Tralle closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION BY <br />JEROME AND LINDA MORRISON TO SUBDIVIDE A THIRTY-EIGHT ACRE PARCEL OF <br />LAND INTO A TEN ACRE PARCEL, A FIFTEEN ACRE PARCEL AND A THIRTEEN ACRE <br />PARCEL WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS: <br /> <br />1. That $700 in Park Dedication Fees be paid for the two newly <br />created lots. <br /> <br />2. That new legal descriptions are provided by the developer for the <br />newly created parcels. <br /> <br />3. That no structures be placed within the proposed floodway <br />designation and that any other structures on the lot have their <br />lowest floor at least 1 foot above the 925.5 foot elevation. <br /> <br />4. That permits be obtained by the County to gain access off of <br />County Road 33 and County Road 13. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION.
