He questioned how the people would be able to reach the <br />fad 1 i ty during construction. Dan indicated that he had plans to add <br />t.o the playground area of the daycare. He further stated that the road <br />is a County Road and did not feel it was fair for the City to assess <br />the property owners for the road construction. <br /> <br />Barb Kreuser <br /> <br />Barh Kreuser questioned what the setbacks were when the daycare center <br />was huilt. He also questioned why a <br />Rirlewalkis proposed for both sides of the road.
