<br />trailers may be used in agricultural and single-family residential districts, only following the receipt of
<br />a conditional use permit.
<br />Trailer, travel, means a vehicle or moveable structure which is designed, intended or used for
<br />temporary human habitation during recreational or vacation activities. The term includes, without
<br />limitation, recreational vehicles, campers, camper trailers and tents, and house travel and tent trailers,
<br />but does not include mobile homes.
<br />Transfer station means a solid waste facility at which solid waste collected from any source is
<br />temporarily deposited to await transportation to another solid waste facility.
<br />Transom area means the area between the head of the entrance door and the bottom of the
<br />stringcourse.
<br />Tree, coniferous means a woody plant which, at maturity, is at least 30 feet or more in height, with
<br />a single trunk, fully branched to the ground, having foliage on the outermost portion of the
<br />branches year-round.
<br />Tree, overstory means a woody plant which, at maturity, is 30 feet or more in height, with a single
<br />trunk unbranched for several feet above the ground, having a defined crown, and which loses leaves
<br />annually.

<br />Tree, ornamental tree means a woody plant which, at maturity, is less than 30 feet in height, with a
<br />single trunk, unbranched for several feet above the ground, having a defined crown, and which loses
<br />leaves annually.
<br />Travel trailer court means a park, court, campsite or lot, tract, or parcel of land maintained or
<br />intended for the purpose of providing location or accommodation for travel trailers, provided that
<br />parcels or lots used for the inspection and sale of such trailers are not trailer courts.
<br />Triplex means a three-family dwelling; each unit may be for rent or owner-occupied.
<br />Truck terminal means any use, area, or building where cargo, trucks, truck parts, loading
<br />equipment, etc., is stored and/or where trucks load and unload on a regular basis.
<br />Unit or unit width means the measurement of an implied facade.
<br />Unit area means the area defined as the unit width times the downtown building height.
<br />Unsafe, as applied to a structure, means a condition or a combination of conditions which is
<br />dangerous or hazardous to persons or property.
<br />Unsanitary means conditions which are dangerous or hazardous to the health of persons.
<br />Upper facade means the portion of facade from the stringcourse to the bottom of the articulated
<br />cornice.
<br />Use means the purpose for which land or premises or a structure thereon is designed or
<br />intended, or for which it is occupied or maintained.
<br />Use, accessory, means a use subordinate to and serving the principal use on the same lot and
<br />customarily incidental thereto.
<br />Use, permitted, means a use which of itself conforms with the requirements and performance
<br />standards of a particular district.
