<br />Tangent means a straight line, also a straight line projected from the end of a curve, which is
<br />perpendicular to a line in the curve drawn from the radius point to the end of the curve.
<br />Temporary tent structure means a tent/canopy structure that is constructed of a lightweight frame
<br />with a canvas, fabric or similar skin that is designed or intended to be erected at a site as protection
<br />from the elements during a special occasion/event. The structure must comply with UL fire

<br />Therapeutic massage means the practice of rubbing, stroking, kneading, tamping, or rolling of the

<br />osteopath, podiatrist, nurse, or physical therapist, or an assistant who works solely under the
<br />direction of any of such professionals, or beauticians and barbers who confine their treatments to
<br />the scalp, face, and neck.
<br />Therapeutic massage establishment means an establishment in the business of providing therapeutic
<br />massage services either to the public or as a private club.
<br />Toe of the bluff means the lower point of a 50-foot segment with an average slope exceeding 18
<br />percent.
<br />Top of the bluff means the higher point of a 50-foot segment with an average slope exceeding 18
<br />percent.
<br />Tower means any ground- or roof-mounted pole, spire, structure, or combination thereof taller
<br />than 15 feet, including supporting lines, cables, wires, braces, and masts, intended primarily for the
<br />purpose of mounting an antenna, meteorological device, or similar apparatus above grade.
<br />Townhome means a one-family dwelling in a row of at least two attached units in which each unit
<br />has its own front and rear access to the outside, no unit is located over another unit, and each unit is
<br />separated from any other unit by one or more fire resistant walls.
<br />Townhouse, attached, means a dwelling unit which is part of the multifamily dwelling whose units
<br />are attached horizontally by a series of common or party walls. A townhouse is attached to its own
<br />foundation, contains no independent dwellings above or below and has a private entrance at ground
<br />level.
<br />Tracing means a plat or map drawn on transparent paper or cloth which can be reproduced by
<br />using regular reproduction procedure.
<br />Tractor means every motor vehicle designed and used primarily for drawing other vehicles,
<br />trailers, equipment, or implements of husbandry, and not so constructed as to carry any load thereon
<br />other than part of the weight of the load being drawn.

<br />Tractor trailer means a combination trucking unit consisting of a tractor hooked up to a full
<br />trailer or a semitrailer.

<br />Trailer means a vehicle designed to be towed by a motor vehicle or tractor but not designed for

<br />trailer, or tractor trailer.
