Mayor Tralle commended Lori <br />Johnson, the Finance Director, for an outstanding job and also thanked <br />her staff, Joan Geroy, for her assistance in making this possible. <br /> <br />5.8. Deferral of Special Assessments <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 92-130, A <br />APPROVING DEFERRED SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR IRVIN MOLDENHAUER <br />75-468-0255. Check Register <br /> <br />COUNCI LMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE CHECK REGISTER. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7. Other Business <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle informed the Council that the Police Department received a <br />letter of thanks and appreciation from Lieutenant Ed Scott for their <br />response to an emergency situation. <br /> <br />8. Staff Updates <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that the Chamber of <br />Commerce luncheon will be held on December 15. <br /> <br />The City Administrator informed the Council that staff is proposing to <br />increase the Section 125 plan from $1,000 to $2,000. The Council had <br />no problems with this increase. <br />
