Consider Enterprise Budgets <br /> <br />Liquor store Fund <br /> <br />The City Administrator stated that the 1993 Municipal Liquor store <br />Budget is planned in the amount of $452,200 which is a 4.8% increase <br />over the adopted 1992 Budget. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE <br />BUDGET. COUNCILMEMBER <br />5-0. <br /> <br />MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br />DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> <br />LIQUOR STORE 1993 <br />THE MOTION CARRIED <br /> <br />wastewater Treatment System Budget <br /> <br />Pat Klaers, City Administrator, stated that the 1993 Wastewater <br />Treatment System Budget calls for expenditures in the amount of <br />$577,100 which is a decrease of 9% from the 1992 Budget. He stated <br />that some changes in the Wastewater Treatment System Budget include an <br />increase in Personal Services and decreases in Supplies and Charges and <br />Equipment Capital Outlay purchases. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER <br />SYSTEM BUDGET. <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />SCHULDT MOVED TO ADOPT THE 1993 WASTEWATER TREATMENT <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> <br />Garbage Collection Program Budget <br /> <br />Pat Klaers stated that the total 1993 Garbage Collection Program Budget <br />is proposed in the amount of $733,900 which includes the hauler <br />contract fee of $696,000. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br />PROGRAM BUDGET FOR 1993 IN THE AMOUNT OF $733,900. <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />GARBAGE COLLECTION <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ <br /> <br />5.6. Consider Residential Park Dedication Fee Increase <br /> <br />Pat Klaers, City Administrator, indicated that the Park and Recreation <br />Commission discussed the issue of Park Dedication Fees at its December <br />2, 1992 meeting. The issues discussed by the Commission related to the <br />possibility of increasing Park Dedication Fees and the fact that even <br />if the fees are raised, the funds collected will not be enough to <br />finance all of the desired park improvements discussed by the <br />Commission. He indicated that after a lengthy discussion, the Park and <br />Recreation Commission voted, on a 5-1 vote, to recommend that the <br />residential Park Dedication Fees be increased from $350 per dwelling <br />unit to $500 per dwelling unit. Pat Klaers informed the Council that <br />there has been no increase in Park Dedication Fees since January, 1989. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kropuenske indicated that he is not convinced that a <br />increase on the Park Dedication Fee is warranted at this time. <br />suggested that the City consider other methods of financing <br /> <br />$150 <br />He <br />park <br />
