The City Administrator distributed a letter
from the City Engineer which indicated that there were no
alternatives other than total sidewalk replacement.

- The City Administrator informed the Council that Sharon Maue of
the Building and Zoning Department will be resigning at the end of
August. The City Administrator requested permission to advertise
for a secretary/receptionist position for the Building and Zoning
Department. It was noted that this is a change in title from the
current secretary title and is related to a shifting of work
duties when we relocate to the new City Hall building. This
position will be further reviewed and evaluated once the move to
the new building takes place.
