COMPLETION DATE FOR COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ Councilmember schuldt indicated that he was the dissenting vote at the original time the plat was before the Council because it did not meet with current platting regulations and he would not be in favor of the extension at this time. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-1. Councilmember Schuldt opposed. stepped away from the table during this vote. Mayor Tralle COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO ALLOW ONE HOUSE TO BE BUILT IN THE PLAT WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. THAT THE BUILDING PERMIT STATE THAT NO CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY BE ISSUED UNTIL SEWER AND WATER STUBS ARE IN PLACE AND THAT THE ROAD IS SURFACED WITH CLASS 5 AND READY FOR TAR. 2. THAT THE DEVELOPER BE THE BUILDER NAMED ON THE BUILDING PERMIT. 3. THAT A LETTER OF CREDIT BE IN PLACE AND THE PLAT RECORDED. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 6.6. Conditional Use Permit Request by Larry Burton Janelle Szklarski indicated that Larry Burton is requesting a conditional use permit to construct a non-agricultural accessory structure in excess of 1,000 square feet. Janelle further stated that the reason Mr. Burton is requesting permission to construct an accessory structure is to replace the structure which was destroyed by fire on his property. Mary Eberley, Planning Commission Representative, indicated that the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request. Mayor Tralle opened the public hearing. There being no one for or against the matter, Mayor Tralle closed the public hearing. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUESTED BY LARRY BURTON, 18072 CLEVELAND STREET NW, TO CONSTRUCT A NON-AGRICULTURAL ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IN EXCESS OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. THAT THE COLOR OF THE BUILDING MATCH THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE. 2. THAT THE APPLICANT BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ENGINEERED DRAWINGS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A BUILDING PERMIT. 3. THAT THE APPLICANT BE ALLOWED TO DO INCIDENTAL REPAIR WORK ON HIS OWN EQUIPMENT BUT NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING IN ANY OUTSIDE REPAIR WORK. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0.
