Councilmember Schuldt opposed. <br />stepped away from the table during this vote. <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO ALLOW ONE HOUSE TO BE BUILT IN THE <br />PLAT WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. THAT THE BUILDING PERMIT STATE THAT NO CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY BE <br />ISSUED UNTIL SEWER AND WATER STUBS ARE IN PLACE AND THAT THE ROAD <br />IS SURFACED WITH CLASS 5 AND READY FOR TAR. <br /> <br />2. THAT THE DEVELOPER BE THE BUILDER NAMED ON THE BUILDING PERMIT. <br /> <br />3. THAT A LETTER OF CREDIT BE IN PLACE AND THE PLAT RECORDED. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.6. Conditional Use Permit Request by Larry Burton <br /> <br />Janelle Szklarski indicated that Larry Burton is requesting a <br />conditional use permit to construct a non-agricultural accessory <br />structure in excess of 1,000 square feet. Janelle further stated that <br />the reason Mr. Burton is requesting permission to construct an <br />accessory structure is to replace the structure which was destroyed by <br />fire on his property. Mary Eberley, Planning Commission <br />Representative, indicated that the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the request. <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle opened the public hearing. There being no one for or <br />against the matter, Mayor Tralle closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />REQUESTED BY LARRY BURTON, 18072 CLEVELAND STREET NW, TO CONSTRUCT A <br />NON-AGRICULTURAL ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IN EXCESS OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET <br />WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. THAT THE COLOR OF THE BUILDING MATCH THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE. <br /> <br />2. THAT THE APPLICANT BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ENGINEERED DRAWINGS IN <br />ORDER TO RECEIVE A BUILDING PERMIT. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />THAT THE APPLICANT BE ALLOWED TO DO INCIDENTAL REPAIR WORK ON HIS <br />OWN EQUIPMENT BUT NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING IN ANY OUTSIDE REPAIR <br />WORK. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br />
