He indicated that <br />he is a builder and felt if he requested to build apartments or a <br />commercial building in an R-1 zone, he would be denied. <br /> <br />Paul Bell, 18270 Fresno, informed the Council that this was the <br />first public hearing on the City Hall issue other than the <br />Planning Commission public hearing. He stated he was not notified <br />of the meeting and he felt a lot of people do not feel this is a <br />proper location of a City Hall site. <br /> <br />Cecelia Scheel indicated that she would have to cross two major <br />Highways to access the City Hall at the proposed site. <br /> <br />Curt Grupa, 18152 Fresno, indicated he was opposed to the proposed <br />site location for City Hall. <br /> <br />Arden Krinke stated to the Council that they were putting a <br />commercial business into a residential area. <br /> <br />Jeff Cobath, 13155 183rd Avenue, indicated that he has not <br />received any notices regarding public hearings for this project. <br /> <br />Greg Nadeau indicated that he would rather see a City Hall than <br />residential buildings at this location. <br /> <br />Gordon Moldenhauer, 13116 183rd Avenue, indicated that he is in <br />favor of the location for the proposed City Hall, but questioned <br />whether it would be possible to put the Police Station at a <br />different location. <br /> <br />Ricky Buttweiler, of 187th Circle, suggested moving the City Hall <br />closer to Highway 10. <br /> <br />Al Nadeau, of 724 Irving Avenue, indicated he would like to see <br />City Hall closer to the downtown area. <br /> <br />Craig Hageman, 18230 Fresno Street, indicated that he took <br />himself to become informed and felt it would be better to <br />the City Hall at the proposed site rather than put the <br />other uses. <br /> <br />it upon <br />locate <br />site to <br /> <br />John Weicht indicated that the civic Center would be an unsightly <br />building and does not want to see it located on the lake. <br /> <br />Julius Nemeth, 21566 Highway 169, questioned why the City Hall <br />could not be located on Highway 169. <br />
