Terry Maurer <br />indicated that no additional right-of-way would taken. <br /> <br />Pete Gunderson, 18284 Concord, questioned if the buffer could run <br />to the north along the plats eastern boundary. Existing "Y" intersection of County Road 30 and Orono Road <br />Terry Maurer addressed the issue of the realignment of the "Y" <br />intersection at County Road 30 and Orono Road. It was the <br />consensus of the Council that County 30 should remain a through <br />street, with Orono Road having a stop sign at this proposed <br />realigned 900 intersection. The Council directed the engineer <br />to begin discussions with the County on the proposed realignment <br />of this intersection with the understanding that County Road 30 <br />remain a through street. <br /> <br />6. Proposed site for sewer lift station - The City Council directed <br />staff to plan the lift station to be located to the north side of <br />the proposed parkway east of the temporary street easement for <br />City Hall. The Council also recommended that the building be <br />architecturally harmonious with City Hall and that plantings and <br />other appropriate landscaping be incorporated around this <br />structure. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />City sewer and water Mayor Tralle indicated that discussion <br />regarding extending City sewer and water into the existing <br />development would be discussed at a later date and would probably <br />be discussed at the time street improvements are discussed for the <br />area. <br /> <br />. <br />
