Ordinance Amendment Section 1008.14/Public Hearing/Length of Dead-End <br />Road <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf, Building and Zoning Administrator, stated that the <br />Planning Commission has reviewed Section 1008.14, which deals with the <br />length of dead-end roads at their February 23, 1993 meeting. He stated <br />that the Planning Commission continued the public hearing on this issue <br />to allow them more time to discuss the issue at their next workshop. <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />MAYOR DUITSMAN MOVED TO CONTINUE THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />1993. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />5-0. <br /> <br />UNTIL APRIL 19, <br />THE MOTION CARRIED <br /> <br />6.2. Petition for Extension of Trunk Sewer and Water/Virginia Barnier <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf indicated that Virginia Barnier has petitioned <br />City consider an extension of trunk sewer and water lines <br />Meadowvale School to the west, which would facilitate the <br />Mrs. Barnier's property for urban development. <br /> <br />to have the <br />from north of <br />platting of <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman questioned whether the area could be served without a <br />water tower.
