RIVER CITY THE MOTION The meeting of the City Council recessed at 9:51 p.m. Following the Executive Session of the City Council, Mayor reconvened the City Council meeting at 10:25 p.m. Duitsman 8./9.0ther Business and Staff Updates The City Administrator informed the Council that Officer Rawlins assisted an individual at Hardees who was choking. The City Administrator distributed a handout pertaining to the National League of Cities Congressional Conference in Washington, D.C. The City Administrator informed the Council that the dental insurance which the Council authorized was rejected by the Police Union, therefore, the City will remain with Delta Dental. Duitsman indicated that he met with MnDOT officials, Senator Representative Klinzing and the Mayor of Otsego regarding the 101 project. He indicated that he did not feel that the would fall behind schedule and that there has been a request to bids for building of bridges ahead of schedule. Mayor Adkins, Highway project let the Police Union Negotiations Councilmember Holmgren suggested that the Council consider allowing a Council representative to be present during Police Union negotiations. He indicated that this can be discussed at a later date.
