He
requested the City to remove the ice from the sidewalk. Councilmember
Farber also questioned what the City's policy was on snow removal of
sidewalks. Councilmember Scheel suggested issuing a fine to those
business owners who do not keep their sidewalks free of ice and snow.
The City Administrator indicated that the City would take care of its
property and remove the snow and ice and further he would review the
snow and ice policy.

County Road 1 and County Road 32

Councilmember Farber indicated that he has received several complaints
about County Road 1 and County Road 32 regarding near car collisions
and requested the City to police the area more thoroughly.

Motor Vehicle Registration

Councilmember Dietz suggested that the City consider moving the motor
vehicle registration to the new City Hall.
