Ty
Bischoff explained that the increase was due to a classification change. The
classification change was due to an error. Evans Park was incorrectly classified as
a subsidized building and has since been removed from that classification,
therefore, increasing the valuation of the building. Jerry Kritzeck suggested that
Guardian Angels check into the possibility of receiving subsidy for Evans Park.

Carol Mills stated that the taxes on Outlot C were $1,866. She indicated that this
was high considering there was no road to access Outlot C.

e

Carol Mills indicated that the taxes on Outlot D were $2,528 which was high
considering that this parcel is an un buildable lot. She indicated that the parcel is
merely a buffer between the Fairview Health Care and Guardian Angels.

It was the consensus of the Council to take no action on the Evans Park parcel or
on Outlot C.
