He questioned whether property in Elk River would continue <br />to increase. Assessor John Cullen indicated that Mr. Dilley's property increased by <br />15% due to the overall City increase in property valuation. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED THAT THE PROPERTY VALUATION OF PARCEL 75-458- <br />1020 REMAIN AT $115,900. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> <br />13. Larry Toth - 75-422-0270 <br /> <br />Total Valuation $98,000: Land $23,800; Buildina $78,300 <br /> <br />City Assessor, Jerry Kritzeck, indicated that the land value increased by $2,000 <br />due to the added cost for the well and septic system. He further indicated that <br />the buildings have increased by 10%. Mr. Toth indicated that his home is in need <br />of some repair to the roof. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO DECREASE THE PROPERTY VALUATION OF <br />PARCEL 75-422-0270 BY $2,000 ($96,000) TO ALLOW FOR DEPRECIATION OF THE <br />ROOF. MAYOR DUITSMAN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER <br />FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION.
