ODen Mike <br /> <br />No one appeared for this item. <br /> <br />7.1. Consider Reauest by Ken Beaudry to vacate a Dortion of 6th street/PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />Steve Ach, City Planner, stated that the applicant and the City are still working <br />out the details of the vacation and requested that this issue be continued to April <br />18. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO CONTINUE THE STREET VACATION <br />REQUEST BY KEN BEAUDRY UNTIL APRIL 18, 1994. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />7.2. Consider reauest by Joyce Mickelson for Administrative Subdivision located at the <br />southwest corner of County Road 32 and 217th Avenue/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Steve Ach requested that this item be continued until all necessary information is <br />provided by the applicant to complete the application requirements. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO CONTINUE THE ADMINISTRATIVE <br />SUBDIVISION REQUESTED BY JOYCE MICKELSON UNTIL MAY 16, 1994. <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />7.3. Consider Reauest by EOS Architecture for a Conditional Use Permit to eXDand the <br />existina library buildina/PUBLlC HEARING - CU 94-02 <br /> <br />City Planner Steve Ach reviewed the conditional use permit request by Eos <br />Architecture for a 4.450 square foot addition to the existing library. Rick Wessling <br />of EOS discussed the buffering of the existing home to the west. He indicated <br />that the City will be working together with the property owner to the west to <br />provide adequate landscaping and buffering. Steve Ach indicated that the <br />Planning Commission and city staff recommended approval of the request. <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman opened the public hearing. There being no one for or against <br />the matter, Mayor Duitsman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />REQUESTED BY EOS ARCHITECTURE FOR A 4,450 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO THE <br />EXISTING LIBRARY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />e <br />
