Consider reauest for Final Plat approval of CherrvHiII Bluffs 3rd Addition P94-04 <br /> <br />City Planner Steve Ach stated that the final plat of CherryHiII Bluffs Third Addition, <br />requested by Rick Foster, consists of four single family lots. These lots were not <br />included in the plat of CherryHills Bluffs 2nd addition because the City owned the <br />lots at the time of platting. The lots have since been sold to Mr. Foster and <br />incorporated into the plat. All street and utilities have been installed as part of <br />the second addition to serve the four lots. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 94-20, A RESOLUTION <br />GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO CHERRYHILL BLUFFS THIRD ADDITION. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />7.6. <br /> <br />Consider reauest for final plat approval of Oak Parc Plaza - P92-7 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Steve Ach stated that the final plat of Oak Parc Plaza consists of approximately <br />12 acres divided into one commercial lot (proposed SuperAmerica location) and <br />one Outlot. The plat is located at the southeast corner of 193rd and Highway 169. <br />Steve Ach indicated that there has been a minor modification to the preliminary <br />plat as a result of realigning the trunk sanitary sewer and water main to serve this <br />parcel and the area north of 193rd Avenue. <br /> <br />Discussion was held regarding the possibility of the drainage and utility easement <br />being vacated in the future and the possibility of waiving any fees associated <br />with the easement vacation. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 94-21, A RESOLUTION <br />GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR OAK PARK PLAZA WITH THE STIPULATION THAT <br />ITEM #2 BE AMENDED TO WAIVE ANY FUTURE CITY APPLICATION FEES ASSOCIATED <br />WITH THE EASEMENT VACATION. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />7.7. Consider reauest by the City of Elk River for a five foot variance to the parkina lot <br />setback and a five foot variance to the front setback of the existina library and <br />parkina lot/PUBLIC HEARING - V-94-01 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Steve Ach indicated that the City of Elk River is requesting a five foot front yard <br />building setback variance and a five foot parking lot setback variance to the <br />existing public library. He stated that the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval based on the following findings: <br />
