COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.9. Consider Final Plat for Kinaman Buildina CompanY-Country Crossina Townhomes, <br />Public Hearinq, Case No. P 94-13 <br /> <br />City Planner steve Ach provided background information on this plat. It was <br />noted that this was Phase I of a 62 twinhome lot development and this request is <br />for 22 townhouse lots. <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Jay Johnson, developer representative, indicated his support for the proposal <br />and the staff recommendations. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, Mayor Duitsman closed the <br />pUblic hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER FARBER MOVED TO APPROVE RESOLUTION 95-11, A RESOLUTION <br />GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR COUNTRY CROSSING TOWNHOMES BY <br />COUNTRY RIDGE PARTNERSHIP AND KINGMAN BUILDING COMPANY. City Engineer <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.10. ,.-Consider City of Elk River Ordinance Amendment to Section 900.24 - Parkina and <br />Loadina Reauirements <br /> <br />City Planner Steve Ach provided background information on this request. <br /> <br />Mayor Duitsman opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Planning Commission representative Chris Kreger provided comments on the <br />Planning Commission's review of this issue. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, Mayor Duitsman closed the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the school parking requirements in the ordinance. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHEEL MOVED TO TABLE THIS ISSUE UNTIL THE 3/6/95 CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETING AND DIRECTED STAFF TO REVIEW THE SCHOOL PARKING <br />REQUIREMENTS. COUNCILMEMBER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br />
