We have helped a wide variety of cities, counties and towns seeking new managers and <br />department heads, whose skills and personalities are compatible with the needs of the community. <br />We are especially proud of our record in the Midwest, particularly in helping communities of similar <br />size and demographic features to the City of Elk River. Some recent successfully completed searches <br />include: Brooklyn Center, Ramsey County, Ribbing, Chisholm, Grand Rapids and Pipestone. We are <br />currently assisting the City of Eagan in recruiting a Parks and Recreation Director. <br /> <br />The enclosed proposal which follows outlines the process we will use to assist the City in initiating and <br />completing the search for a Community Development Director, the cost for our services, our timetable <br />for completing the work, the primary staff involved in assisting the City and other information, as <br />requested. We are prepared to begin working with the City almost immediately upon receiving <br />notification to proceed. We would welcome further discussion with you, the Mayor and Council with <br />regard to any questions relative to our proposal. <br /> <br />Springsted has enjoyed working with the City in the past and appreciate the opportunity to submit this <br />response to your request.
