Parent Builders <br /> 1. No concerns or issues with the application as proposed. <br /> 2. Swan Companies/Coborns <br /> 1. Fully remove existing storm pipe and patch the existing storm structure. <br /> 2. Provide newly described easement over the proposed stormwater pipe. Have said <br /> easement recorded. <br /> 3. DHJ Plat <br /> 1. No concerns or issues with the application as proposed. <br /> 4. Trace Heights 2"Addition <br /> 1. Need to adjust the existing intersection at Zane and 202nd Avenue to fit the proposed <br /> plat. <br /> 2. Add cul-de-sac on ends of new dead ends <br /> 3. Incorporate trail into grading plan. <br /> 4. Show proposed grades on driveways <br /> 5. Complete final engineering drawings including plan profile sheets for all streets and <br /> storm sewer systems. <br /> 6. Add permanent ditch checks in all ditches where grades are 4% or greater. <br /> 7. Identify pre and post runoff to parcel east of proposed Street A from Station 0+00 <br /> to 4+75. <br /> 8. Provide additional detail to the drainage of the ditch on the south side of Street A <br /> from 24+50 to Zane Street. <br /> 9. Ditch grades along Street C from Station 13+25 to 17+25 are too flat. <br /> 10. Elevations on culvert crossing on Street B at Station 0+45 appear to be incorrect. <br /> 11. Show culverts and driveway grades to the limits of street grading area for all <br /> "Custom Graded"lots. <br /> 12. Need easement on Lot 6 Block 2 for street drainage. <br />
