There are both vertical and horizontal cracks on interior walls indicative of differential settling. <br />Combination of Deficiencies <br />1. Essential Utilities and Facilities <br />a. There are ungrounded electrical outlets that are not code compliant. <br />b. There are no code required Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters installed. <br />2. Light and Ventilation <br />a. There is a light on the second floor that is not code compliant. <br />b. There is a dryer vent that is not code compliant. <br />c. The HVAC system is not code compliant. <br />3. Fire Protection /Adequate Egress <br />a. Smoke detectors are not code compliant. <br />b. There are no code required carbon monoxide detectors. <br />4. Layout and Condition of Interior Partitions /Materials <br />a. Interior walls and ceilings need to be repaired /repainted. <br />b. Interior windows are water stained indicative of water intrusion, contrary to code. <br />c. The stairway to the second floor is not code compliant for stair tread rise and run. <br />d.
